Q. Citation assistance.

Treat the section you are citing as part of an edited book.  I'm attaching the Chicago/Turabian Style Guide handout that we have linked to our Writing and Style Guide.  Follow the example for "part of an edited book" on page 2.  Since the NIB is a multi-volume set, you will need to add the appropriate volume number to the page number in your footnote or endnote and the bibliography if you have one, e.g. 10:124-25.  Let us know if you have any follow-up questions.
