Q. Am I able to submit an interlibrary loan request for a dissertation not held by any library in Minnesota?

Only current students are eligible to request material via interlibrary loan from libraries outside our consortium.  Please check with your local public library about their policy regarding this service.  See also this link to our general borrowing policies.
