A few suggestions:

  1. Ask family members (children, grandchildren, or extended family) if they would be interested.  If not, then
  2. Check with a local historical society (county or regional rather than state) in the area where the family lived
  3. Ask a museum or theater company if they would like a family Bible to furnish a room or a stage set
