Bridge the two sources with the phrase "quoted in" (original source A quoted in secondary source B).  Use only if the original source is unavailable, as it is always preferable to track down the original source to read the quotation in context and ensure that it makes the point you wish to make.  See Turabian 8th ed., section 17.10.
