From the library website, click on Research & Resources and then, from the menu that appears, click kon Electronic Texts.  From the list of resources that you see there, Ministry Matters, under its heading "Biblical Commentaries", contains the complete 12 vol. set The New Interpreter's Bible in addition to other full text commentaries that may be helpful as well.

The next resource in the list is Oxford Biblical Studies Online which has the full text of six Oxford Study Bibles, so you could look up your passage and read the associated study notes in each of these Bibles.   You can also do topical searching as there are other resources bundled into this site.

Since you are a distance learning student, we can also send you print resources through the mail at your request. The only cost is reimbursement for the outgoing postage.
