A good way to start is by doing some background reading in dictionaries/encyclopedias on the theological areas you want to cover, noting names of modern theologians who have written on these topics.  On resource that does a good job in this regard is The Oxford Companion to Christian Thought which has essays on each of these areas.  Regarding Paul, The library has compendiums or handbooks about his life and theology.  Look for a keyword such as "companion" or "handbook" in the title.  The Cambridge Companion to St. Paul is one example.
