Heinrich J. Vogel's Cross Reference and Index to the Contents of Luther's Works (Milwaukee: Northwestern Publishing House, 1983) is helpful in situations such as yours where you have a reference to the standard Weimar Edition but want to know if the piece also appears in English translation in the original 55 volume American Edition.

If the piece from the Weimar is a sermon, other possible sources are Sermons of Martin Luther: The Church Postils (Baker Books, 1983 or 1995) which is a reprint of John Nicholas Lenker, The Precious and Sacred Writings of Martin Luther (Minneapolis: Lutherans in All Lands, multiple volumes published in the early 1900s) and Sermons of Martin Luther: The House Postils (Baker Books, 1996) 3 vols.  In these latter two works there are no cross references to the Weimar.  However, you can look up the Scripture passage in these two titles and perhaps find the translated sermon.
